Rehabilitation

and prevention

In order to preserve health and reduce the risk of injury, our camp offers specialized injury prevention programs, tailored to the needs of young volleyball players. Each child has the opportunity to opt for one of four programs, depending on the specific needs and sporting challenges they face: shoulders, knees, ankles or back in order to improve the posture of the spine.

1 . Shoulder strengthening program

This program is designed to prevent injuries to the rotational ligaments and tendons of the shoulder, which are common injuries in volleyball due to repeated jumps and kicks. Exercises focused on shoulder stability and strength help athletes reduce the risk of injury and improve their performance on the field.

2. Knee stabilization program

The knee is one of the key joints in volleyball, which is susceptible to injury, especially when jumping and changing direction. This program includes specialized exercises to strengthen the muscles that support the knees, increasing stability and reducing the risk of sprains and ligament injuries.

3. Ankle Injury Prevention Program

Jumping and landing are common loads on the ankles, which is why it is important to incorporate exercises to improve the flexibility, strength, and stability of this joint. The program focuses on the prevention of sprains and sprains, allowing for faster recovery and a safer return to the field.

4 . Program to improve posture and health of the spine

The health of the spine is key to maintaining optimal physical shape, especially in young athletes. A program to improve posture and strengthen the back muscles helps prevent back pain and improves the overall biomechanics of the body, reducing the risk of injuries associated with improper posture.

Who is this program for?

These programs are intended for young volleyball players who want to improve their physical fitness and reduce the risk of injuries in specific parts of the body. The programs are tailored for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
