Terms and conditions of stay

Camp rules

Each participant of the camp, from the moment of registration (by accepting the terms of use and confirming that he has read the rules of the camp), is obliged to comply with these rules. The rules are there to ensure the safety, health, order, and maximum performance of the program.

1 Arrival, registration and mandatory equipment

Participants are required to arrive no later than 12:00 p.m . at the camp location for registration, examination by a doctor and examination of posture and spinal column. In case of delay, it is necessary to inform the organizer in a timely manner. Upon arrival, participants will be provided with a room and equipment.

Required: Participants are required to stay at the camp in the provided equipment. It is forbidden to come to trainings, meals and lectures in other equipment. It is also possible to train in the equipment of previous camps.

2 Punctuality to meals, trainings and lectures

Participants are required to arrive at meals, trainings and lectures on time and in equipment. Any delays are considered non-compliance with the rules.

3 Using the phone and rest

Phones are not used during meals, training and lectures. They are used only with the permission of the trainer. On the first day, the phones remain with the children (for waking up for testing and contact with parents).

In the following evenings, the phones are handed over to the duty officer 30 minutes before midnight and forwarded to the coach in charge, so that the children have a quality rest. The program is demanding and sleep is crucial for recovery and safety.

4 Leaving the hotel/facility

Children are not allowed to leave the hotel or facility without the knowledge and permission of the coach (e.g. buying water or supplies). Any voluntary abandonment is considered a misdemeanor and may be grounds for removal from the camp.

5 Problems are solved through the camp team

All the problems at the camp are solved by the children with the coaches and the people who run the camp. Participants do not contact parents to "solve" the situation. If it is necessary to contact parents, this will be done by the organization of the camp.

6 Health, Therapies and Doctor 24/7

A doctor is present 24/7 in charge of the health of all participants. It is strictly forbidden to advise a child on which medication to take without the knowledge of the doctor.

All therapies used by the child, as well as allergies and health specifics, must be stated in the application and at the examination by the doctor.

7 Alcohol, cigarettes/vapes and drugs (zero tolerance)

The use of alcohol, cigarettes, vape devices and drugs is strictly prohibited. For this offense, the participant is removed from the camp without the possibility of participating again.

8 Violence and mobbing (zero tolerance)

Mobbing or violence on religious, racial or national grounds is strictly prohibited. The offender is removed from the camp without the possibility of participating again.

9 Lift

The elevator is used only in the presence of a trainer.

10 Mixing by room

Mixing in the rooms of boys and girls is strictly forbidden. Participants may be removed from the camp without the possibility of participating again.

11 The role of the coach and who the child addresses

A coach is a person to whom a child turns to for anything that is not clear to him or if he or she needs assistance. In the event of a problem, the child can also contact Vladimir Grbic directly.

12 Groups and selection – no urgencies

Parents can't force their child to be transferred from one group to another. Coaches, based on selective training and insight into the work, determine the best group for the child. Any changes in the group are determined solely by the coaches.

13 Hiding your phone/computer

Hiding your phone or computer is considered a misdemeanor and the participant may be fined for not following the rules.

14 Midnight and peace in the rooms

Vespers is a measure for rest and preparation for the next day. Participants must be in their rooms 30 minutes before midnight and the lights in the room should be turned off.

15 Afternoon rest (after lunch)

Afternoon rest is mandatory. It is strictly forbidden to shout, talk loudly, run through the corridors or disturb the peace. With the help of the coaches, children can stay at the reception without disturbing others.

16 Energy drinks, sweets and snacks

The use of energy drinks, sweets and snacks is prohibited. Trainers will inform participants of what they are allowed to buy. The rest can be taken away.

17 Attitude to Inventory and Equipment

Participants are obliged to treat the hotel inventory and camp inventory responsibly, as well as the props and belongings in charge. Damages will be paid according to the damage.

18 Documents and payments

Parents or participants 18+ are required to fill out the documents (consents, contracts and payment slips) in the form indicated during the application, with an adequate payment code and according to the instructions.

If the payment is made without the instructions, the money can be refunded, and the application can be considered invalid.

19 Advance and Refund

The advance payment is non-refundable, except in case of injury or illness, with the obligatory adequate medical documentation.

20 Leaving the camp at your own request

If a participant wants to leave the camp, the funds paid will not be refunded.

21 No-shows and late cancellations

If the participant does not come to the camp or does not inform the organizer that he will not come at least 3 months in advance, the money will not be refunded.

22 Conditions for a valid application

The condition for registration is: a completed application, accepted terms of use and rules of the camp, and an advance payment.

23 Recommendations

It is recommended that parents and children read the rulebook together before arrival.
