Sports Association Vladimir Vanja Grbić
The mission of the Sports Association Vladimir Vanja Grbić is to provide services in the field of sports activities, which meet the requirements of users and the requirements of relevant regulations.
In order to constantly develop and improve the quality of our services and to understand and meet the needs and expectations of our customers and all interested parties, as well as to become a trusted partner, we have decided to establish an effective and efficient quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2019 standard.

The Vladimir Vanja Grbić Sports Association aims to:
- Ensure the quality of products and services to its customers in domestic and foreign markets, by providing and availability of a wide range of products at competitive prices, through fast and regular deliveries, punctuality and reliability, relying on the competence and professionalism of employees, creating added value for users, employees and society;
- Secure and permanently maintain its place among the leading companies in the field of sports activities in Serbia;
- It is constantly increasing its market share in which it provides its services by building a wide network and establishing cooperation with existing business partners and connecting with all stakeholders.
We will achieve our goal by continuous improvement of the system in accordance with legal regulations, management requirements, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2019 standard, which includes:
- Identifying and managing processes that contribute to customer satisfaction and implementing measures to increase customer satisfaction and all stakeholders;
- Affirming leadership as one of the principles of leadership;
- Active participation of employees in planning, implementation and evaluation of activities in the processes of realization of production, distribution and services through professional training and training, stimulation of creativity, initiative and responsibility in work;
- Process and resource management for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system;
- Identifying risks to the company's operations and implementing proactive actions to reduce their impact on the company;
- Continuous modernization of services and improvement of working conditions, investment in employee training, raising awareness and increasing knowledge and competences;
- Preserving the company's knowledge and nurturing interpersonal relationships.
