La missione dell'Associazione Sportiva Vladimir Vanja Grbić è fornire servizi nel campo delle attività sportive, che soddisfino le esigenze degli utenti e le normative pertinenti.


Per sviluppare e migliorare costantemente la qualità dei nostri servizi e comprendere e soddisfare le esigenze e le aspettative dei nostri clienti e di tutte le parti interessate, nonché per diventare un partner di fiducia, abbiamo deciso di istituire un sistema di gestione della qualità efficace ed efficiente in conformità con la norma ISO 9001:2019.

L'Associazione Sportiva Vladimir Vanja Grbić mira a:

  • Garantire la qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi ai propri clienti nei mercati nazionali e esteri, fornendo e disponendo una vasta gamma di prodotti a prezzi competitivi, attraverso consegne rapide e regolari, puntualità e affidabilità, affidandosi alla competenza e professionalità dei dipendenti, creando valore aggiunto per utenti, dipendenti e società;
  • Garantire e mantenere permanentemente il proprio posto tra le principali aziende nel campo delle attività sportive in Serbia;
  • Sta costantemente aumentando la sua quota di mercato in cui offre i suoi servizi, costruendo una vasta rete e stabilendo cooperazione con i partner commerciali esistenti e connettendosi con tutti gli stakeholder.

Raggiungeremo il nostro obiettivo migliorando continuamente il sistema in conformità con le normative legali, i requisiti gestionali, l'implementazione e il miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione della qualità in conformità con i requisiti della norma ISO 9001:2019, che include:

  • Identificare e gestire processi che contribuiscono alla soddisfazione del cliente e implementare misure per aumentare la soddisfazione del cliente e di tutti gli stakeholder;
  • Affermare la leadership come uno dei principi della leadership;
  • Partecipazione attiva dei dipendenti nella pianificazione, implementazione e valutazione delle attività nei processi di realizzazione della produzione, distribuzione e servizi attraverso formazione e formazione professionale, stimolazione della creatività, iniziativa e responsabilità nel lavoro;
  • Gestione dei processi e delle risorse per l'implementazione, la manutenzione e il miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione della qualità;
  • Identificare i rischi per le operazioni dell'azienda e implementare azioni proattive per ridurne l'impatto sull'azienda;
  • Modernizzazione continua dei servizi e miglioramento delle condizioni di lavoro, investimenti nella formazione dei dipendenti, aumento della consapevolezza e aumento di conoscenze e competenze;
  • Preservare le conoscenze dell'azienda e coltivare le relazioni interpersonali.

JOINT STATEMENT

Regarding the ARTIN & GRBIĆ International Volleyball Camp

This statement is issued by Andra Artin Sports Association and Vladimir Grbić.

Following a series of discussions regarding the proposed organization of the ARTIN & GRBIĆ International Volleyball Camp, scheduled to take place in Băile Herculane, Romania, from 8 August 2026 to 22 August 2026, the parties have mutually agreed that the Romanian organizing team, together with Ugljesa Segrt, will continue the project independently under a new name.

During the preparation of the volleyball camp, the parties reviewed various aspects of the planned collaboration, including the use of the Vladimir Grbić methodology, certain operational standards, branding elements, and promotional approaches related to the project. However, the parties were unable to fully align the conditions necessary for the implementation of the project in the form originally envisaged.

In light of these circumstances, the parties have mutually agreed not to proceed with the proposed collaboration and confirm that no final agreement governing the implementation of the project was concluded. Consequently, Vladimir Grbić will have no role in the organization, promotion, implementation, management, or coordination of the camp, and all future activities relating to the project will be managed exclusively by the Romanian organizing team together with Ugljesa Segrt.

We also wish to clarify that the name, image, personal brand, know-how, and any other intellectual property rights belonging to Vladimir Grbić will not be used in connection with the project. Any person who chooses to use such rights in relation to this project will do so at their own responsibility, and the Association expressly dissociates itself from any such actions.

The parties emphasize that this decision has been reached amicably, in good faith, and with particular consideration for the interests and well-being of the children, parents, coaches, and all other members of the volleyball community involved.

The Romanian organizing team will communicate directly with participants and parents regarding all future arrangements relating to the camp and will provide relevant updates in due course.

We wish each other success in our future endeavors and remain committed to supporting the development of young volleyball players and the continued promotion of volleyball.
