Regarding the ARTIN & GRBIĆ International Volleyball Camp
This statement is issued by Andra Artin Sports Association and Vladimir Grbić.
Following a series of discussions regarding the proposed organization of the ARTIN & GRBIĆ International Volleyball Camp, scheduled to take place in Băile Herculane, Romania, from 8 August 2026 to 22 August 2026, the parties have mutually agreed that the Romanian organizing team, together with Ugljesa Segrt, will continue the project independently under a new name.
During the preparation of the volleyball camp, the parties reviewed various aspects of the planned collaboration, including the use of the Vladimir Grbić methodology, certain operational standards, branding elements, and promotional approaches related to the project. However, the parties were unable to fully align the conditions necessary for the implementation of the project in the form originally envisaged.
In light of these circumstances, the parties have mutually agreed not to proceed with the proposed collaboration and confirm that no final agreement governing the implementation of the project was concluded. Consequently, Vladimir Grbić will have no role in the organization, promotion, implementation, management, or coordination of the camp, and all future activities relating to the project will be managed exclusively by the Romanian organizing team together with Ugljesa Segrt.
We also wish to clarify that the name, image, personal brand, know-how, and any other intellectual property rights belonging to Vladimir Grbić will not be used in connection with the project. Any person who chooses to use such rights in relation to this project will do so at their own responsibility, and the Association expressly dissociates itself from any such actions.
The parties emphasize that this decision has been reached amicably, in good faith, and with particular consideration for the interests and well-being of the children, parents, coaches, and all other members of the volleyball community involved.
The Romanian organizing team will communicate directly with participants and parents regarding all future arrangements relating to the camp and will provide relevant updates in due course.
We wish each other success in our future endeavors and remain committed to supporting the development of young volleyball players and the continued promotion of volleyball.
