In order to improve the health of children and athletes, we have decided to offer you something completely unique in this area. Professional sports expose the body to strenuous efforts and as a result, sports injuries often occur.

Injuries in sports activities are common and represent musculoskeletal injuries. Muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints are most commonly mentioned. In addition to improving appropriate diagnostics and rehabilitation, athletes will have at their disposal a gym, sand training, pool training and general orthopedic and motor tests.

Vanja Grbić’s camp in cooperation with the Rehabilitation Clinic GB Medic and physiotherapist Goran Blagojević – Goša, offers a new program and the most modern approach to the treatment and recovery process of sports injuries. Our mission is to relieve your pain permanently or to act preventively and correctively so that it does not occur. Within our services, we can point out physical therapy, rehabilitation of injuries, recovery after knee surgery, recovery after spine surgerycorrective gymnastics exercises aimed at improving body posture and correction of spinal deformity, fitness training of athletes designed to be a basic part of the season, PC muscle’s strength  a unique therapy in this area that aims to accelerate muscle recovery after surgery or injury where the therapy returns the muscles to their original state.

Fitness training of athletes:

  • PRO ( Functional status assessment, FMS testing, motor testing, pool exercises, sand exercise, exercises in the sports hall, a gym, stretching ) 7-14 days
  • ELITE ( Functional status assessment, FMS testing, motor testing, pool exercises, sand exercise, exercises in the sports hall, a gym, massage, stretching ) 14 -21 day

Athlete recovery:

  • BASIC ( physical therapy, pool exercises, sand exercises ) 7 days
  • PRO ( physical therapy, pool exercises, sand exercises, PC muscle’s strength, massage ) 14 days
